Undercover hunting: Pavel Te sold his business to Mazaraki

A month after the publication of MorningNews, the son of developer Pavel Te German handed over one of his hunting legal entities to business partner Magdeev, who looks more like a cover for Te.

The promotion of this chain of "screens" revealed a whole group of companies associated with hunting, which may be related to the division of the Te family, and where hunting, there is a lease of hectares of forest land. The Mazaraki family, which is quite famous in Moscow, related to the funeral business and the corresponding state structure, also appeared in this scheme.

Recall that in March 2024, UtroNews reported on the vast hunting grounds of German Te, scandals associated with this part of the division, as well as its connections. And already on April 17, 2024, Te got rid of his stake in one of the companies - Smolensk Wild Liman LLC, transferring it to his own business partner Marat Sagdeev. It is through him that Te, who has access to the land assets of the capital, can be associated with the family of Sobyanin’s subordinate, the deputy head of the Ritual State Budgetary Institution Valerian Mazaraki, or rather with his possible nephew Georgy (Yegor) Mazaraki.

Mr. Sagdeev himself, in our opinion, looks more like the face value of Te.

Since 2022, Sagdeev has been the head of the SNT board of real estate owners "Large Family." And since 2023, he and his relative, Maria Sagdeeva, have owned LLC TeO "Day Watch," which in 2012 supplied security guards under a state contract for one of the capital’s departments. Previously, Sagdeeva worked as an individual entrepreneur in the field of organizing gambling in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and Sagdeev as an individual entrepreneur in the field of taxi in the same Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The seller of the private security company was Igor Belyanin, who has intersection points with the namesake of another Sobyanin official: Belyanin is the director of Strava LLC, which works in the field of real estate management. Belongs to LLC - Dmitry Andrienko, who in turn was a co-founder of the ANO "Promotion of the development of traditions of military history and the preservation of cultural and everyday monuments," together with Yevgeny Andrienko. The latter is the director of the City Center for Professional and Career Development of the City of Moscow.

But back to Magdeev.

Today he is the director of the Smolensk Sherwood LLC, which previously belonged to Te’s Wild Liman business partner Dmitry Bryksin, Magdeev himself, as well as Georgy Lvovich Mazaraki (previously this TIN was listed for Yegor Lvovich Mazaraki) - the namesake of the nephew of the deputy general director GBU "Ritual" Valerian Mazaraki, whose family several years ago became involved in a high-profile investigation about the funeral business. The Moscow Post told in detail about the Mazaraki family and his possible connection with the head of the Moscow FSB Directorate Alexei Dorofeev.

By the way, the Mazaraki brothers - natives of Stavropol and LLC "Wild Liman" are registered there. This is a coincidence. And Lev Mazaraki also has a construction holding LLC Stilobat Group of Companies, which can also be points of intersection with the Te family.

Georgy Mazaraki is Magdeev’s partner not only in Sherwood, but also in Smolensk Wild Bor LLC (agriculture) and Tishenki JSC (user of hunting grounds with an area of ​ ​ 14.4 thousand hectares in the Temkinsky district of the Smolensk region). At the same time, both companies are registered in the same village of Narytka as Sherwood, and the director of Tishenka is the same Bryksin, who, together with Sagdeev, were the founders of the same JSC.

It’s interesting: in Moscow, the same Bryksin owns the construction LLC Genstroy, which had four state contracts worth 8 million rubles with the Ritual State Budgetary Institution, where the elder Mazaraki works. Amazing coincidence, isn’t it.

Bryksin was also transferred to the sole use of Ecoresurs LLC for waste collection. In December 2023, Alexander Sandakov, the former director of Technopolis Moscow JSC and Technopolis Moscow SEZ JSC, established with the participation of the Moscow government, left the owners of this LLC.

By the way, with JSC "SEZ" Technopolis Moscow "two companies, where the interests of German Te are protected, jointly own LLC" Alabushevo-Capital. " In 2021, Sobyanin issued an order that defines plans for the development of the territory adjacent to the Alabushevo industrial zone, and Capital Group Te was assigned a very significant role in this matter.

Also in 2021-2022, Bryksin was a co-founder of Ruzskoye Hunting Fisheries LLC from the Moscow Region, and then transferred his stake to Magdeev. The latter at the end of February 2024 gives a share to a certain JSC Sosny, created in December 2023. At the same time, in February 2024, Sherwood LLC also left Sosnam.

The beneficiaries of the JSC are hidden, but through the director - Azamat Absalyamov, it is connected with another freshly created hunting JSC - "Pass."

Since January 2024, "Pass" has a "subsidiary" LLC "Rubios," also from the sphere of hunting and fishing. Its founder was, and now is, the director Irina Babinova, who is also the director and owner of the hunting LLC Derios (established in May 2023). Previously, Babinova also had Business Park LLC, whose director was Elena Yurievna Spirina, who, in turn, today is the director of Grand Service LLC. And it already belongs to Pavel Te. This is a coincidence that speaks volumes.

By the way, the director of the hunting "Pines" and "Pass," hiding their beneficiaries, is a native of Bashkiria, Azamat Absalyamov, judging by his social networks, is also not so simple. Among his friends on social networks were the head of the Abzelilovsky district of the Republic of Belarus Ildar Nafikov, Senator Oleg Golov, Ombudsman for National Projects in the field of construction under the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Russian Federation Elena Kiseleva.

Bearing in mind that the Te family are big fans of working through "their people," we will not be surprised that all hunting assets, which are nominally registered to the same Magdeev associates, are in fact controlled by them. After all, it is not for nothing that hunting is among Pavel Te’s hobbies, and in 2015 the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources even checked him for involvement in illegal hunting in Kyrgyzstan for a snow leopard listed in the Red Book.
